The spark4impact team

Our international team combines multidisciplinary and multisectoral expertise to help you build value from business sustainability and create positive impact. As a team, we combine backgrounds from economics as well as natural, human, and social sciences and offer services in German, English, Italian and French. We have decades of experience in the private, public, and civil society sectors. This is the foundation of our strength: we think differently and bring in a broad range of talents. Team members created this consultancy to unify like-minded experts to serve businesses across many sectors. We come from different walks of life, but together we found a joint mission. Our holistic approach is building on our belief that business can, and should, be part of the development of a sustainable future for all.

Spark4impact team members’ paths fruitfully crossed while studying together for the Diploma in Advanced Sustainability at the Institute for Business Sustainability in Lucerne, Switzerland. The ten-month intensive learning experience in the field of sustainable business, leading change and project management has brought us closer together, often discussing, brushing shoulders, or clashing on topics we are passionate about.
